Of the gap explained by self-assessed knowledge, not actual skill
Harvard Business School studied 140,000 people across 25 countries. When researchers gave 17,000 women equal access to AI tools, the gap persisted. This isn't a confidence problem. It isn't a tech problem. It's a participation problem — shaped by a culture that penalizes women for the same tools it rewards men for using.
AI Atelier Society teaches AI as a thinking skill, not a technical one. No jargon. No gatekeeping. No assumption that you already know. Just a clear framework, real skills, and an education built around how you actually work.
A different kind of AI education
CLARITY
Understand what AI actually is
Not magic. Not a replacement. A pattern-matching tool that amplifies what you already know how to do — when you understand how to direct it.
COMPETENCE
Build real, practical skill
Not theory. Agency reps. Each skill you practice compounds your ability to use AI intentionally — at work, in your community, in your life.
CAUTION
Exercise discernment
Your questions about privacy, bias, and reliability are right. We answer them. Your caution is a skill — we teach you to use it as one.
ABOUT
Casey Wells has spent a decade and a half working in tech and watching what happens when women aren't in the user feedback loop. When the data showed that women use AI 25% less than men, not from lack of capability but from lack of a real on-ramp, she built one. AI Atelier Society is that on-ramp.
Casey is based in Las Vegas, where she will serve on the board and management team of Junior League of Las Vegas and is a proud platinum member of Collective Women's Leadership.
